Summit Christian Academy (SCA) senior and varsity volleyball stand-out Savvy Hughes signed a letter of intent to play collegiate volleyball at Central Methodist University (CMU) recently.  Hughes has been a part of SCA’s volleyball program since she was in 5th grade.

“I will never be able to fully show my appreciation to SCA for how my teachers, coaches, and teammates have supported me,” said Savvy. “I’m so thankful for the opportunity to play volleyball at CMU and I am so excited!”

“It has been an honor, privilege, and joy to have Savvy in our program,” said SCA Volleyball Coach Mikki Shearer. “Every year, she has improved not only as a volleyball player, but also as a young woman and in her faith. She is fully committed to her team and we wish her all the best.”
