Frontier Justice Hosts 7th Annual Eagle Egg 5K benefiting Summit Christian Academy

Summit Christian Academy (SCA) recently partnered with Frontier Justice for the 7th annual Eagle Egg 5K, which featured an all-new route beginning and ending at Frontier Justice. Over 600 registrants of all ages enjoyed walking and running the new scenic route or doing a “virtual run” from home.

The event began with members of SCA’s Junior Senior Ensemble leading the National Anthem, followed by SCA’s favorite mascot “Screech” led the starting line. After the race, registrants enjoyed numerous vendors from Lee’s Summit businesses and an awards ceremony hosted by SCA Board Member and former Chiefs player, Danan Hughes and for the children a visit to Sky Zone!

The event raised over $40,000 for SCA and for the future expansion project for the school. Since the event began 7 years ago the event has grossed over $150,000 for the school.
