SCA Secondary Musicians Receive Top Ratings at MSHSAA Districts

(Lee’s Summit, MO) – Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is pleased to announce that 82% of their vocal entries are moving on to State after receiving exceptional honors at the performances at the Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) District Solo/Ensemble Festival recently. These vocalists and piano soloists will advance to the State Level Competition next month at the University of Missouri in Columbia.

Top (I) ratings were awarded to the following students:
Senior Micah Ruiz-Esparza & Sophomore Connor Healy (piano solo).
Juniors Alley Brown, Madelynn Fristo, Adam Lucht, Kayla Kernsvaal, Annelise Parke and Courtney Price-Dukes. Seniors Heather Gordon. Micah Ruiz Esparza, and Payton Shippy (vocal solo).
