SCA Secondary Students Selected for KC Metro District Honor Choirs

SCA Junior Annie Harsch was selected for the Kansas City Metro All-District Mixed Ensemble.

SCA senior Patrick Simpson, sophomore Hudson Harris, senior William Chapman and junior Ryan Wagy were selected for the Kansas City All-District TTBB Honor Ensemble.

SCA senior Isabella Totera with SCA juniors Alysa Ward and Grace Filer were selected for the Kansas City All-District SSAA Honor Ensemble.

Summit Christian Academy (SCA) is pleased to announce that eight secondary choir members have earned a spot in one of the Kansas City Metro District Honor Choirs for 2019-20.   

Students selected include Junior Annie Harsch for the All-District Mixed Ensemble; Juniors Alysa Ward, Grace Filer, and Senior Isabella Totero for All-District SSAA Honor Ensemble; Seniors William Chapman and Patrick Simpson, Junior Ryan Wagy, and Sophomore Hudson Harris for All-District TTBB Honor Ensemble. 

The students auditioned on Saturday, October 5th at Winnetonka High School. These students will perform with their District Ensembles on October 28, 2019 at William Jewell College. Over 545 students auditioned from the KC Metro area. The top 335 students were selected by solo and sight-reading auditions to be selected to participate in these ensembles.
