Mrs. Eames is a native of Arizona and moved to Kansas City in 2003 to help found a classical Christian school in the Northland. She has been involved in Christian education for over 40 years teaching English, literature, rhetoric, Bible, and Spanish, and in administration, college guidance counseling, and theatre directing.

“Christian education has been a passion for my husband and me. Early on we made a covenant to provide Christian school education for all three of our children. This legacy is continuing with our grandchildren. The reward of Christian education for me has been to watch students grow to know and love Christ, develop a biblical worldview, and evolve into lifelong lovers of learning and excellence in all they pursue and achieve. It is my desire as the college/career advisor at SCA to help students discover the passion and gifts God has given them as they discover their stories in His overall plan."

The Eames have three children–David, Jonathan, and Kristen–and now six grandchildren.

"The task of the modern educator is not to cut down jungles, but to irrigate deserts." ~ C. S. Lewis
